The Highlander (Ivar) flew through the jog this morning and then Louella had plenty of time to pack up the truck as Gloire de Marchenval (Louis) just needed a pick of grass and a hack around the venue as his competition was over.
Ivar is a good jumper and has won a fair few classes with Tim but this was his first real test on day three. He ticked his three star long box with aplomb for a fabulous clear to take the win, the MER and the lead by some 4 points.
It’s a rollover win for Tim and long may it continue! He is back up to No. 3 on the FEI rankings ( Just 1 point behind No.2) and is on a proper roll. And boy, do we love a roll.
